Bohan & Co AS acquires 300 000 shares from Novel Nutrition Network Ltd, Cyprus

Bohan & Co AS, controlled by Frode Marc Bohan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NattoPharma has acquired 300 000 shares at a price per share of NOK 10.30 from Novel Nutrition Network Ltd., Cyprus.

Prior to the transaction, Bohan & Co AS owned 483 455 shares in NattoPharma (an ownership interest equal to 3,.5 %) and after the transaction Bohan & Co AS owns 783 455 shares in NattoPharma, equal to an ownership interest of 4.57 %.

Novel Nutrition Network Ltd., Cyprus, controlled by Piotr Jandziak, Vice President, Head of Production and Logistics in NattoPharma and CEO of Vitasynth SP.z.o.o in Poland (a subsidiary of NattoPharma) owned 1 736 000 shares in NattoPharma (an ownership interest equal to 10.13 %) prior to the transaction and 1 436 000 shares (equal to an ownership interest of 8.38 %) after the transaction.
