Based on a holding of 300 000 options, the Chairman of the Board of Directors has through his company Eng AS today declared to exercise the right to purchase 300 000 shares, each with a face value of NOK 0.10 and with a strike price of NOK 3.916 per share. The options were issued in June and September 2006, and the final date for honoring these options is December 17th 2007.

 

The total number of shares owned by Eng AS in NattoPharma ASA after the issue of the new shares will be 800 000 shares. The share issue will be handled by the Board of Directors in accordance with the authority given by the general meeting.
