DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDING
Reference is made to the announcement made by NattoPharma ASA on December 3rd, 2019 related to a private placement in the company and to the announcement on January 7th, 2020 related to registration of new capital in NattoPharma ASA.
Based on the new capital being registered Synergia Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. has increased its shareholding in NattoPharma ASA with 800 000 shares from 560 000 shares representing 3,08% of the old number of shares in the company, to 1 360 000 representing 7,00% of the new number of outstanding shares in NattoPharma ASA post the private placement being completed.
