NATTO: NEW SHARE CAPITAL REGISTERED

OSLO, NORWAY (7 November 2018) – Reference is made to the notice on 8th May 2018 about issue of shares in conjunction with the exercise of options by Christopher von Schirach-Szmigiel.

The share capital increase has been registered and the company’s share capital is NOK 54,539,799 divided into 18,179,933 registered shares each with a nominal value of NOK 3.00.

The share capital registration has been delayed due to circumstances beyond NattoPharma’s control.

The new shares will be admitted to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange as soon as the shares are issued to the respective securities account, this is expected to be completed as soon as practically possible.
