NATTO: Private Placement of NOK 9,6m in PharmaCo AS fully subscribed

OSLO, NORWAY (12 December 2017) – The subscription period for the placement in PharmaCo AS of NOKM 9,6 ended today at 13.00 CET.

The placement is fully subscribed. The payment will be debited direct to each subscriber’s bank account at Wednesday 13th December.

It is expected that the registration of the placement in Foretaksregisteret and further issue and transfer of new shares will take place before 31st December 2017.
