NATTOPHARMA FILE NEW OMEGA3 / MENAQ7 PATENT
NattoPharma has filed a new MenaQ7 patent which combines the benefits of MenaQ7 (vitamin K2) with other food supplements such as fish-oil. "Research we performed in close collaboration with VitaK at the Maastricht University has shown that a combination of MenaQ7 with products containing Omega-3 has additional benefit compared to the sum of both individual ingredients.

NattoPharma had already a patent on the combination of vitamin K2 and fish-oils in their portfolio and with the new patent it makes NattoPharma the only company in the world having a protection on the combination of vitamin K2 with fish-oil. "Our new patents will strengthen our unique position, especially in the fish-oil market. This makes NattoPharma an interesting and attractive partner for companies producing or selling fish-oil.
