The board of Directors has today constituted Mr. Morten Sundstø, co-founder and previous member of the board of directors as new CEO in NattoPharma ASA. As per today, Mr. Sundstø is engaged as IR manager and as strategic advisor for the board of directors. He has also been responsible for the on-going process of finding a new industrial owner for the company. It is the wish of the board of directors that this work and the responsibility for the daily operation of the company is centralised with one person, as many of these tasks overlap each other significantly. Based on a common understanding between the board of directors, Mr. Thomas Christensen and Mr. Morten Sundstø, the board of directors has resolved to appoint one person in charge for this task. Mr. Sundstø will take up the position immediately. In acknowledgment of the effort Mr. Thomas Christensen has shown for the company, the board of directors express their gratitude.
