New share capital registered

Oslo, Norway (05 June 2020) – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 29 April 2020 regarding the exercise of options by two board members in NattoPharma ASA.

The share capital increase has been registered and the company’s share capital is NOK 58,544,799 divided into 19,514,933 registered shares each with a nominal value of NOK 3.00.

The new shares will be admitted to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange as soon as the shares are issued to the respective securities account, this is expected to be completed as soon as practically possible.
