NOTIFICATION OF WAIVER TO KAYDENCE PHARMA

Oslo, Norway (3rd October 2019) — NattoPharma ASA has today granted a 24-month waiver in relation to all claims against Kaydence Pharma AS under the following agreements including accrued and future interest:

1. Credit agreement dated 15 December 2017, original loan amount NOK 65,500,000, and

2. Loan Agreement / credit facility dated 30 April 2019 with a limit of NOK. 5,000,000, with original due date 31 December 2019.
