Annual General Meeting 23 May 2013
The Annual General Meeting of Navamedic ASA was held on 23 May 2013 at 10 a.m.in Oslo.
All proposals according to the notice of the meeting were adopted.
Wenche Rolfsen was elected as a new board member. Wenche Rolfsen has a PhD in pharmacology and has over 30 years' experience of the pharmaceutical industry.
