Disclosure of large shareholding in Navamedic ASA

As part of an internal transaction between Nobelsystem Scandina AS and Intersys Norge AS both companies owned by Richard Storvestre, 942 000 shares has today been transferred from Intersys Norge AS to Nobelsystem Scandina AS at a price of NOK 12.05 per share. In addition Nobelsystem Scandina AS has today acquired 10,161 shares at a price of NOK 12.39 per share.

Following these transactions Nobelsystem Scandina AS owns 1,754,228 shares in Navamedic ASA representing 20.6%.
