On 11 May 2011, Navamedic ASA received a notification that Rikard Storvestre had purchased 50 000 shares. Following the transaction Storvestre and associated companies holds 15.4% of the total voting rights of Navamedic ASA and an increase above the 15% substantial shareholder filing threshold.
