Excersising of share options

Olof Milveden, CFO of Navamedic ASA, has on 27 May 2013 exercised 25,000 stock options at an average price of NOK 6.90 per share.

Number of stock options held after the transaction are 25 000 at conditions as previously announced, and number of shares held once the transaction has effectively been completed are 212,000.
