Final annual accounts 2007

The Board of Directors of Navamedic ASA has in a Board meeting addressed the final annual accounts for 2007, and has decided to present the accounts to the Annual general meeting.



Tax on ordinary results is reduced with TNOK 359 to TNOK -1.147. Net result after tax is improved to TNOK -3.211 for the year.




In the allocation of excess values related to the purchase of Vitaflo Scandinavia AB, the following changes have been made:



Excess values related to contracts is increased from MNOK 47,7 to TNOK 56,9
Goodwill is reduced from MNOK 48,3 to MNOK 41,8
Deferred tax is increased from MNOK 13,4 to MNOK 15,9
