Mandatory notification of trade

Nobelsystem Scandinavia AS has on 30 April acquired 330 000 shares in Navamedic ASA from Rikard Arne Storvestre at a price of NOK 14.20 per share.  Nobelsystem Scandinavia AS is controlled by Rikard Arne Storvestre.  After this transaction the holding of Storvestre and close associates will remain unchanged at 1,750,067 shares (20.9%) in Navamedic ASA
