Mandatory notification of trade
Nobelsystem Scandinavia AS has acquired 25 000 shares in Navamedic ASA at a price of NOK 11.00. After this transaction Nobelsystem Scandinavia AS will hold a total of 472 067 shares in Navamedic ASA.
Svein Erik Nicolaysen is CEO in Nobelsystem Scandinavia AS and also a primary insider and board member in Navamedic ASA.
Nobelsystem Scandinavia AS is controlled by Rikard Arne Storvestre. After this transaction Storvestre and close associates will hold 1,754,867 shares (20.9%) in Navamedic ASA.
