The following transactions involving primary insiders took place today:
Primary insider and Member of the Board Halvor Stenstadvold, has acquired through his private company Utgar AS a total of 10,000 shares at an average price of NOK 7.30 per share. Halvor Stenstadvold has a new holding in Navamedic ASA after this transaction of 29,000 shares.
Primary insider and Member of the Board Svein Erik Nicolaysen has acquired a total of 22,000 shares at an average price of NOK 7.55 per share. Svein Erik Nicolaysen has a new holding in Navamedic ASA after this transaction of 22,000 shares.
