Navamedic ASA : Annual General Meeting 04.05.12

The Annual General Meeting of Navamedic ASA was held on 4 May 2012 at 10 a.m. in Oslo.

Kjell Erik Nordby, CEO of Weifa AS was elected as a new board member. Weifa is the company's second largest shareholder.

All other proposals according to the notice of meeting were adopted.
