Navamedic ASA reports that 25,000 new shares have been issued with respect to the exercise of incentive stock options.  The new shares are validly and legally issued and fully paid.

There are now 8 462 051 shares issued and outstanding.There are 125,000 incentive stock options outstanding.  The fully diluted share capital is 8 587 051 shares.
