New scheduled Annual General Meeting 30 June

Navamedics Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for May 26 will be held on 20 June. Attached to this notice includes supporting papers identical with the notice of May 26 with the exemption of item 6 - determination of remuneration to the Board and board committees, and item 12 - changes in Articles of Association.

The Annual General Meeting in Navamedic ASA will take place on Monday 20 June 2016 at 10.00 at Hotel Continental, Stortingsgaten 24-26, Oslo
