Share Capital Changes
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 31 January 2014. Bjørn Lindholt, CFO of Navamedic has exercised 20,000 stock options and 20,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 11,0 per share has been subscribed.
Per-Anders Elvertrø, Head of Regulatory Affairs, has exercised 30,000 stock options and 30,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 9,5 per share has been subscribed.
The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 8,562,051 divided into 8,562,051 shares with par value NOK 1.00 per share.
