Olof Milveden CFO of Navamedic ASA has exercised 50,000 stock options and 50,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 7,31 per share has been subscribed.The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.The new share capital is NOK 8,437,051 divided into 8,437,051 shares with par value NOK 1.00 per share.
