Share capital increase registered
Reference is made to Navamedic ASA's stock exchange notification dated 8 October 2015.
The share capital increase pertaining to the 888,100 new shares issued as consideration shares in connection with the acquisition of Observe Medical International AB has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
Following the share capital increase, Navamedic ASA's registered share capital is NOK 9,450,151 divided on 9,450,151 shares, each having a nominal value of NOK 1 and representing one vote at Navamedic ASA's general meeting.
