#17-532 Trade halt in instruments with SCA AB as underlying security due to share distribution

SCA AB is going to distribute shares in Essity AB (formerly SCA Hygiene) to its shareholders. The condition for the distribution is that one (1) share of SCA AB will entitle their holders to one (1) share of Essity AB. The scheduled Ex-date is June 12, 2017. The trading of shares in Essity AB is expected to commence on June 15, 2017. Nordic Derivates Exchange will carry out a re-calculation in instruments with SCA AB as underlying and inform about this re-calculation in a separate notice.

Please note that the trading in instruments with SCA AB as underlying will be halted as from June 12, 2017. Trading will be resumed again on June 15, 2017.
