Nederman has today acquired Töredal Verkstad AB in Jung, Sweden. Töredal manufactures products for High Vacuum systems and has for many years had a significant co-operation with Nederman.

Sven Kristensson, CEO Nederman Holding AB (publ):
“When the owners, in connection with a planned change of generations, decided to sell the company it was quite natural that Nederman should take over. Through the acquisition we secure continuity and production of a number of high vacuum products. Töredal has very competent personnel who together with our own designers have been involved in the development of many of the Nederman systems within the field of high vacuum. We therefore anticipate the integration will be quick and smooth.

Sellers are the Isaksson families who have been the owners since the start in the mid 70s. Töredal’s turnover 2006/2007 amounted to 27 MSEK of which over 80% represented sales to Nederman. The company has 21 employees.
