Nederman initiates business analysis in Nederman Norclean AS.

Nederman has today decided to perform an in-depth review of alternatives and actions required to strengthen & improve the business of the Nederman subsidiary, Nederman Norclean AS, based in Sandefjord, Norway.

Nederman Norclean AS produces a range of industrial vacuum cleaning systems for the extraction, collection, separation and transportation of a wide variety of materials and liquids. The range includes both Air Powered as well as Electric Powered products and is designed to operate in difficult and demanding industrial conditions.

This review is intended to be broad and is expected to analyze and deliver recommendations on:

–     optimum product offering/line-up
–     product & component synergies with other Nederman products
–     alternate production sites
–     outsourcing
–     etc.  

The results of the review are expected to be complete by January 12, 2011, whereby a plan for implementation of the steps & actions recommended, will be decided and communicated.

This review is a part of Nedermans ongoing analysis of its businesses and operational structure, following the acquisition of Dantherm Filtration and the development of our new strategic plan.
