Nederman receives an order in the Americas with a value of SEK 24 million.
Nederman has received an order for two (2) complete gas turbine inlet air filtration systems to be used for electric power generation in the USA. The order has a value of SEK 24 million.
Inlet air filtration is crucial for the operation of gas turbines. The filtration system protects the gas turbine from harmful debris in the ambient air, which if not addressed properly, will result in a shorter operational life and reduced performance of the gas turbine.
The Nederman solution for these electric power facilities include pulse jet self-cleaning cartridge filter systems and evaporative coolers. Both systems will reduce ambient outdoor dust to a level sufficient to protect the turbine compressor and internal components.
The order will be booked in the fourth quarter of 2015 and is expected to be delivered and installed during Q4 of 2016.
