Nederman receives order from wind blade manufacturer SSP Technology A/S
Nederman will supply SSP Technology´s wind blade production plant in Denmark with solutions for extraction of composite grinding dust and welding fumes to the value of approximately SEK 10.5 million.
The solution for extraction of composite grinding dust is based on two ATEX-approved stationary high vacuum units with filters and ancillary equipment. Nederman will also supply a complete solution for taking care of welding fumes at multiple work stations.
The extraction and filtration systems are equipped with energy saving equipment that automatically adapts the systems’ power use to the actual workload.
A solution for room ventilation with economical recycling of heat is also part of the order.
SSP Technology A/S is an international company based in Denmark. The company develops and manufactures moulds and patented rotor blade components for wind turbines. SSP Technology A/S is presently expanding three of four production halls by 35%, thereby significantly increasing the production area. The installation of Nederman solutions will be completed in connection with the refurbishment and expansion of the production halls, during the first quarter of 2012.
