Nederman receives three orders in the Americas with a total value of SEK 75 million.
Nederman has received orders for two gas turbine air filtration systems to be used for electric power generation in the USA and Mexico. The orders have a combined value of SEK 48 million.
Inlet air filtration is crucial for the operation of gas turbines. The filtration system protects the gas turbine from harmful debris in the ambient air, which if not addressed properly, will result in a shorter operational life and reduced performance of the gas turbine. Nederman’s solutions include pulse jet self-cleaning cartridge filter systems and 2-stage static filter systems with silencers. Both systems will reduce ambient outdoor dust to a level sufficient to protect the turbine compressor and internal components.
The orders were booked in the second quarter of 2015 and delivery of the systems will be completed in the third quarter of 2016.
In addition, Nederman has received an order for air filtration systems in the metal recycling segment. The order has a total value of SEK 27 million.
The solution from Nederman includes two multi-module dust collection systems with associated ancillary equipment and controls.
The order was booked in the second quarter of 2015 and delivery of the systems will be completed in the second quarter of 2016.
