Nefab acquires Ericsson's packaging pool
Nefab acquires Ericsson's packaging pool Nefab has signed an agreement with Ericsson about acquisition of the company's reusable packaging pool. The business includes renting of reusable packaging. The pool is one of Europe's biggest with more than 600 users of close to 1 million packaging. The pool will make a base for Nefab's development of logistical services even for other customers and business sectors. The business will be operated within the new established company, Nefab Logistics AB. Nefab's business is changing more and more from delivery of transport packaging to offering the customer total solutions, including products as well as services. The new business shall be regarded as a part of these thrives towards a deepened customer co-operation. The acquisition implies a yearly contribution of the turnover of about SEK 30 M. It is not estimated to affect Nefab's profit per share during the first business year.
