Nefab acquires Finnish packaging company

Nefab acquires Finnish packaging company Nefab has entered an agreement about acquisition of the business in C-J Krogius Oy AB in Finland. C-J Krogius is a supplier to Finnish export industry. The products are mainly inner packaging such as corrosion protection, desiccants, and shock absorbing material. Besides the company offers consulting and to some extent packing services. Annual turnover amounts to about 1M Euros. The acquisition is a part of Nefab's effort to become a supplier of complete packaging solutions. "C-J Krogius has a broad product knowledge within the area of inner packaging material and represents a good complement to Nefab's present business in Finland", says Nefab's CEO Lars-Åke Rydh.
