Nefab acquires in Austria

Nefab has signed an agreement to acquire the operation of the packaging company Franz Steffl Verpackung in Austria. Franz Steffl Verpackung supplies packaging materials to industrial and trading customers in Austria. A legal entity is newly established in Austria and the acquisition will be made from this fully owned subsidiary. The acquisition is not expected to have any impact on Nefab’s earnings per share in the current year. After this acquisition Nefab’s total sales in Austria amounts to appr. 2 M€. “This acquisition is another step in Nefab’s strategy to increase the presence on the European market while at the same time broadening the product range and the product competence”, says Lars-Åke Rydh, President and CEO of Nefab.
