Nefab adjusts number of employees The recession in the Swedish economy combined with the weak and uncertain development of the telecom equipment industry, has caused a certain redundancy at the production units in Alfta. The redundancy concerns employees in the factories as well as in the offices. Nefab has today informed the unions about the situation and will start negotiations about staff reductions. The preliminary estimation is that about 50 to 75 employees will be concerned. The measures are necessary to adjust the costs to the existing demand. The units in Alfta employs approximately 350 people today.
