Nefab's tax case settled in the Administrative Court of Appeal The Administrative Court of Appeal (Kammarrätten) has passed judgement concerning the tax case (earlier described in prospect and annual reports) for Nefab AB's subsidiary Nefab Emballage AB. The judgement means a reduction of the taxation settled by the Country Administrative Court of Appeal (Länsrätten) and thereby a decrease of the income tax liability accounted for in accordance with financial statements st as per December 31 1999. Due to the judgement Nefab's tax liability will decrease with 3.6 MSEK. The decreased tax expense will influence the group result for the first quarter 2000.
