New board member for Nefab

New board member for Nefab Nefab's Nomination Committee has proposed a new board member for the company. Cecilia Daun-Wennborg, who has been the Swedish manager for Skandia is the proposed new board member. She has also been a board member for amongst others Skandiabanken and Skandia Liv. Cecilia has been working for Skandia since 1989. In connection with this proposal for the new election, it is suggested that the board of directors' will increase from seven to eight members, and the fee will increase from 1,055,000 SEK to 1,190,000 SEK. The owners, representing approximately 87% of the votes in the company, are backing the proposition. The decision to elect Cecilia Daun-Wennborg and to change the number of board members and fee accordingly is expected to take place at Nefab AB's Annual General Meeting on Friday the 14th of May 2004 in Alfta.
