CDON Group becomes Qliro Group

Qliro Group AB (publ.), former CDON Group AB (publ.), today announced that Bolagsverket (Swedish Companies Registration Office) has registered the new articles of Association decided by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held in Stockholm, Sweden, on 21 November 2014. The company name will hereafter be Qliro Group AB (publ.).

The name change is carried out over the next few days. The company's shares, which are traded on NASDAQ Stockholm’s Mid-cap list, will thereby shortly change name to Qliro Group with the ticker "QLRO".
