Change in the number of shares including redemption shares

Neonet AB confirms that the company’s share capital per 30 May 2008 amounts to SEK 3,253,305.7. The total number of shares and votes in the company is unchanged and amounts to 65,066,114. In addition, 65,066,114 redemption shares of series 1 and 65,066,114 redemption shares of series 2 were created by the share split that occurred on May 16, 2008. Neonet AB does not hold any own shares.

The changes are part of Neonet’s ongoing redemption procedure.
