Neptunia Invest AB (publ) – Early approval of the Written Procedure announced 15 September 2021

Neptunia Invest AB (publ) (the "Company") today announces the successful completion of the written procedure that was initiated 15 September 2021 in relation to the Company's outstanding up to SEK 300,000,000 senior secured bond loan with ISIN SE0013888120 2020/2024 (the "Bonds"), regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the "Proposal") (the "Written Procedure"). The notice of the Written Procedure, including the amendments as set forth in the Proposal, are available at the Company’s web page www.neptuniainvest.se/investors under Financial Documents.

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the Written Procedure in order to form a quorum and enable an early completion of the Written Procedure, and a requisite majority of the bondholders voted in favour to approve the Proposal. Accordingly, the agent, Intertrust (Sweden) AB, has today concluded the Written Procedure.

Subject to the satisfaction or waiver by the Company of the Fee Condition, as defined in the notice of the Written Procedure, a consent fee and an early bird consent fee will be paid to eligible bondholders. The amendments will become effective as soon as possible by the entering into of an amendment and restatement agreement.
