Neste Corporation's disposal of own shares based on the Performance Share Plan

Neste Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, 23 September 2019 at 2 pm. (EET)

Neste Corporation has on 23 September 2019 conveyed 25 429 own shares held by the company as a share reward without consideration to the President and CEO, Peter Vanacker, based on the terms and conditions of the Share Ownership Plan 2016.  

The conveyance of own shares is based on a decision of the Board of Directors of Neste Corporation which was made based on an authorization for the conveyance of own shares granted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 5 April 2018.

After the aforementioned conveyance of own shares, the number of treasury shares held by the company is 1 527 458 shares.

Neste Corporation has informed about the Performance Share Plan 2016 in a stock exchange release on 15 December 2015 and about the aforementioned decision on the conveyance of own shares in a stock exchange release on 5 February 2019. Taking into account the conveyance of own share announced with this release and the previous conveyance of own shares announced on 15 March 2019, the aggregate number of own shares conveyed based on the aforementioned decision is 193 528 shares (after adjustment for the share split decided by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 2 April 2019).
