[REMOVED GRAPHICS] FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Thursday, May 20, 1999 Stockholm - May 20, 1999 - NetCom AB, the leading alternative provider of telecommunications services in Scandinavia announced today at its Annual General Meeting the Board of Directors´ decision that no dividend should be paid in respect of the 1998 Financial Year. The Company announced the re-election of the following Members of the Board, Marc Beuls, Vigo Carlund, Håkan Ledin, Stig Nordin, Sven Hagströmer, Jan H. Stenbeck and Lars Wohlin. Anders Björkman was elected a New Director of the Board. Björkman is the Chairman and CEO of SEC (Socitété Européenne de Communication) and used to be the President and CEO of NetCom AB. Hans Karlsson and Pål Wingren was re-elected as the company´s auditors. Carl Lindgren and Christine Rankin-Johansson was re-elected as deputy auditors.
