Lars-Johan Jarnheimer Appointed New Chairman and CEO of Netcom AB

LARS-JOHAN JARNHEIMER APPOINTED NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO OF NETCOM AB The Board of NetCom AB has today appointed Lars-Johan Jarnheimer President and CEO of the company, to succeed Anders Björkman. Furthermore, the Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting to elect Anders Björkman as a member of the Board. Provided that the Board itself is re-elected, the intention is then to elect Anders Björkman as Deputy Chairman of the Board. Anders Björkman was elected Chairman of the Board of Société Européenne de Communication S.A. last week.
