NatTeknik strengthens its position on the call center market by signing an agreement with Quintus Corporation NatTeknik, a wholly owned subsidiary of NetCom Systems, has made an agreement with Quintus Corporation concerning Quintus´call center solutions. The agreement is a result of the rapid increase in demand for call center systems which make it possible for organisations and companies to communicate efficiently with its customers.
