NetCom AB announces appointment of new chief financial officer

NETCOM AB ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER New York and Stockholm - June 15, 2000 - NetCom AB ("NetCom", "the Group") (Nasdaq Stock Market: NECS), the leading provider of telecommunication services in the Nordic countries, the Baltic region and Poland, today announced the appointment of Håkan Zadler as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective as of August 2000. Håkan Zadler is an Authorised Public Accountant and was previously at Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a partner, responsible for Financial Services in Stockholm. Jörgen Latte, the current CFO of NetCom AB, will leave the company for another mobile operator.
