Automatic redemption program and new ISIN codes for NetEnt
The last day of trading in shares of NetEnt including the right to redemption shares is May 3, 2017, and the record date for entitlement to redemption shares is May 5. The ISIN codes of the ordinary NetEnt shares will be changed on May 4, 2017.
Following a decision at the Annual General Meeting on April 21, 2017, an automatic redemption program is taking place in NetEnt AB (publ). Each NetEnt share will be split into two new shares, one of which will be a redemption share. Each redemption share will be automatically redeemed at 2.25 SEK in cash. The last day of trading in NetEnt shares including the right to redemption shares is May 3, 2017, and the record date for entitlement to redemption shares is May 5, 2017. Trading in the redemption shares will take place between May 10 and May 23, 2017. A cash payment of SEK 2.25 per redemption share is expected to be settled on May 31, 2017.
In conjunction with the redemption procedure, the ISIN codes of the ordinary NetEnt shares will be changed. The following new ISIN codes will be valid as of May 4, 2017.
