NetEnt obtains gaming licenses in Romania

NetEnt AB (publ), leading provider of digital casino solutions, has obtained licenses from the online gaming regulator in Romania.

Today NetEnt announces that it has obtained class 2 licenses from the National Gambling Office in Romania. The licenses cover production and distribution of specialized gaming software as well as management and hosting facilities for online gaming.

Expansion on regulated markets is an important part of NetEnt’s growth strategy. For several years, the Company has been investing in technology and expertise to adapt the Company to regulated markets, and holds licenses and certifications in a number of European markets.
