Easter greeting from Netmore

Hi,

The reality of our society, with the Coronavirus Covid-19, has affected us all, in one way or another. For us at Netmore, the execution of our event, Smart Society, is affected. Two weeks ago, we told you that we will have to postpone the event and that we will return as soon as we see that we can with new information. We are working actively to find a solution that will be at least as good, beyond Covid-19. It is impossible to foretell when this virus and our society has stabilized, but we are positive and look forward seeing you at the Smart Society at a later occasion.

We see many in the business sector that are brutally affected by the situation, not least the tourism industry and retail in general. These are circumstances that no one can control and the only thing we can do is to show compassion for one another and be as responsive as we can, to our customers, colleagues and families. We are sure that something good will come out of this, as in all crises.

However, Netmore and the work on digitization in cities, industries and real estate does not stop. Now more than ever, this work is important for us all to stand strong long-term!

It has happened a lot in recent months which is incredibly positive, we recently announced that our coming new share issue was 100 % secured. Vincero is hereby our major owner and will give us the opportunity for continued planned acceleration.

The acquisition of Bredbandsson has gone through and we have now commissioned the project to implement their services and the opportunities that come with the acquisition.

More Municipalities join our Ecosystem for IoT, the latest being Falkenberg and Uddevalla. We now have over 50 municipalities connected, of which 46 commercial networks, ready to establish smart solutions for the municipality's residents and businessmen.

Netmore is involved in delivering the first 5G-connected forest and not any forest, the Sherwood forest in England. Among other things, the network will be used for the tourism industry, visitors to the forest will be able to, via VR, meet Robin Hood and his friends, see press release.

In February, Netmore signed an agreement with Elisa Corporation, Finland's leading telecom operator. The agreement entails that we are the preferred partner for the expansion of private networks of industry standards in Sweden and Finland, see press release.

Our Connected Industry business area is released from Connected City (formerly Connected City & Industry) and becomes a focus area with newly appointed Henrik Sund as responsible. Henrik already has discussions in various directions for growth in the area.

Work on the Annual Report is in full speed and will, as planned, be published on 2020-04-21.

With this update from us at Netmore, I want to take the opportunity to wish all customers, investors and friends a Happy Easter (analogue or digital)!

Greetings,

Erik Hallberg
