The Swedish SaaS company NetSymphony announces a significant step in its German market entry. Andreas Harting, who joined NetSymphony in December 2025 as Angel Investor and has since served as a Member of the Board, now takes on an operational role as Managing Director D/A/CH. Building on his involvement as an investor and board member, he will lead the day-to-day execution of NetSymphony’s go-to-market strategy in the German-speaking market.

Andreas Harting brings an exceptional breadth of experience across consulting, industry and entrepreneurship. Most recently Senior Partner at Deloitte, he was also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Deloitte Digital GmbH in Germany, where he built digital business models and services with clients and helped organizations to become more customer-centric. Earlier in his career, he served as SVP Global Marketing at Oerlikon Group, where he led a comprehensive rebranding and transformation program for the global industrial group. He also co-founded UnitedScreens, where he gained first-hand experience building and scaling a startup from the ground up.

“Andreas has spent his career building organisations that put the customer at the very centre of everything they do. That is exactly what NetSymphony needs as we grow in Germany. We are not just selling software, we are building a complete experience around our customers, and Andreas is a role model in doing that,” says Dennis Jansson, CEO of NetSymphony.

In his role, Andreas Harting will lead NetSymphony’s commercial activities in Germany, with a focus on go-to-market execution, strategic partnerships and supporting future financing rounds. As a Member of the Board, he will also contribute to governance and company building at the highest level.

“What drew me to NetSymphony was the strength of the founder team, the clarity of the business model and the genuine Swedish tech DNA that I have a lot of respect for. The opportunity to build and scale something on a European and potentially global level in an outstanding team was very intriguing as a next entrepreneurial step. I look forward to bringing NetSymphony’s platform to the German market and creating real value for our customers,” says Andreas Harting.

Andreas Harting brings with him an extensive industrial and political network in Germany, built over decades at the highest levels of business and public life. His relationships give NetSymphony immediate access to the right conversations in one of Europe’s most important technology and industrial markets.
