Sascha Rehbock Joins NetSymphony as Co-Managing Director Germany, Bringing Customer Centric Product Leadership to the German Market
- NetSymphony appoints Sascha Rehbock as Managing Director Germany to co-lead the company’s market entry and growth in Germany.
- Rehbock joins from UnternehmerTUM’s Digital Product School, where he spent years teaching technically strong teams how to build products that genuinely solve customer problems.
- His mandate covers product strategy, customer discovery and building NetSymphony’s presence in the German industrial market.
Sascha Rehbock has been part of the NetSymphony journey since February 2026, when he joined as Angel Investor. As of June 2026, he takes on a new role: Co-Managing Director Germany, with a clear focus on go-to-market execution and on ensuring that German industrial customers experience the full value of what NetSymphony has built.
Rehbock brings a rare combination of technical depth and customer-centric product thinking. As Managing Director of the Digital Product School at UnternehmerTUM, one of Europe’s leading centres for tech entrepreneurship, he built and ran a programme that worked with technically gifted teams on one specific challenge: how do you develop a product around the customer rather than around the technology? That question sits at the heart of what NetSymphony now needs to answer as it grows in Germany.
After his time at UnternehmerTUM he worked alongside startups, scaleups and established companies on digital product strategy and user-centric product leadership. He has also held executive product and technology roles as CPO, CPTO and CTO across multiple companies, giving him firsthand experience of every stage of the product journey from initial discovery through to delivery and scale.
“NetSymphony has technology that industrial companies genuinely need. What Sascha brings is the ability to close the gap between what we have built and individual customer needs.” says Dennis Jansson, CEO of NetSymphony.
As Co-Managing Director Germany, Rehbock will co-lead go-to-market execution and serve as the primary link between German industrial customers and NetSymphony’s product team. NetSymphony already has a mature and capable platform. Rehbock’s focus is on understanding what German customers need, how they buy and what needs to be tailored to individual customer needs around APIs for example. Those insights feed directly into how NetSymphony prioritises and evolves its offering. It is a role that sits deliberately at the boundary between market and product, and that boundary is where Rehbock has spent most of his career.
“The question I have always found most interesting is how a technically excellent team learns to see the world through the eyes of its customers. NetSymphony has the technical excellence. My job is to help build the customer understanding alongside it. The Swedish engineering culture and the German industrial market are a genuinely compelling combination, and I am very glad to be working at that intersection,” says Sascha Rehbock.
