Agreement: Fristads AB - Cyberwave AB Cyberwave AB, a New Wave Group subsidiary engaged in e-commerce, has finalised an agreement with Fristads AB, joining Cyberwave's trading site 4yourlogo.com. Fristads AB, part of the Kansas/Wenaas Group, is the leading supplier of corporate clothing on both the Swedish and European markets. This agreement initially applies to Sweden, but includes an option for the Kansas/Wenaas Group to make similar agreements in several other European countries, allowing access to relevant trademarks sold by the New Wave Group in these markets. Cyberwave can thereby offer a very wide range of both corporate clothing and work clothes, before the launch of 4yourlogo.com At the same time, the New Wave Group is conducting negotiations with leading suppliers of promotional gifts, and the Group is confident of announcing that additional suppliers will be joining this service in the next three months. The objectives of 4yourlogo.com have been announced previously. The trading site aims to have the widest and most complete range of trademarked products on the market, within the product areas of corporate clothes, work clothes and promotional gifts. These objectives should be reached shortly. Retailers are continuing to show great interest in Cyberwave's e-commerce solutions. In the future, Cyberwave will reach its target of at least 500 retailers connected to one or more concepts all over Europe.
