Election Committee

The Election Committee for the 2009 Annual General Meeting is appointed. The representatives of the Election Committee consist of the three shareholders with highest voting power according to the share register as per 30 September 2008.

The Election Committee will appoint the chairman within itself, which, however, may not be Torsten Jansson since he is Chairman of the Board.

The Election Committee shall perform the tasks stipulated in the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
